Shipping rates are as follows:

$0.00     -   $20.00             $4.95

$21.00   -   $45.00             $7.95

$46.00   -   $70.00             $10.95

$71.00   -   $99.00             $12.95

$100.00 -   Up                   $14.95

Please allow up to 2 weeks (10 business days) for your customized order to be completed before shipping. In most cases, your order will be ready before then. This timeframe could be longer depending on busy seasons (back to school, Christmas, etc.) so please plan accordingly. If there are any backorders or other delays, I will let you know by email. 

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which normally has a 2-3 business day delivery schedule. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

At this time, The Gifting Spot only ships to the United States.

 

 

Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or altered once submitted. Please double-check personalization and ask any questions before placing your order.

  

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted. The only exception to this is in the event that The Gifting Spot has made an error in personalization or there is a defect in our products. If you have any problems or questions after you receive your order, please contact us within 7 days.
